After the race
1Finish up
- Places entered for every finisher.
- Every disqualified athlete has a notification time.
- Late cards confirmed or discarded.
- Paper cards ticked off; anything wrong corrected.
- Chief judge: Close race.
2Export the summary sheet Guide
- Export summary sheet (board top bar or race screen).
- Excel shows zeros? Click Enable Editing.
- Penalty zone or no-penalty-zone sheet is chosen for you.
- Corrected something? Just export again.
3Good to know Guide
- Eight judge columns; a 9th judge is in the JSON export only.
- The panel is frozen at close. Reopen and close again to pick up a name fix.
- Export before purging personal data.
4Other exports
- Judge record sheets (PDF): paper for each judge (before the race).
- Export data (JSON): full copy of a race, for archive or a data request.
5Personal data after the event Guide
- Export the summary sheet and keep it.
- Revoke graphics API keys.
- Race → GDPR: purge personal data once results are official.
- Delete the meet after the protest period.
- Trim the audit log to your retention period.
6Who can
- Close / reopen a race: chief judge, administrator.
- Purge, delete race or meet, JSON: administrator.
- Remove an official, reset a PIN: superadmin.
- Clear an email, unlock: any administrator.
